Since 2008, I have been working in IT and automation fields holding various positions from project manager, business analyst to quality director and managing partner. During this time, I saw that the automation of chaos gives nothing but automated chaos.

Over ten years of work have given me an understanding that it is not enough to write a technical task for the effective automation of the company, its processes must also be prepared for future changes. It was my own experience that motivates me to move from the IT sector to consulting and start helping companies to describe and optimize their processes.
